Sign Waiver Agreement
JET SKI RENTAL WAIVER & LIABILITY RELEASE
1. PROVISIONS & ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS: I understand that operating a jet ski involves inherent dangers, including but not limited to collisions, capsizing, and weather-related incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury or death. 2. SAFETY RULES & OPERATION: I agree to maintain a safe distance from other vessels, stay within designated navigation areas, and strictly follow all instructions provided by Ocean Riders staff. 3. FLORIDA BOATING LAWS: I confirm I am physically fit and possess the legal right to operate a vessel in Florida (including valid Boater Education Card if born after Jan 1, 1988).
4. LIFE JACKET & GEAR: Mandatory use of a USCG-approved personal flotation device (PFD) is required at all times. 5. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the rental is strictly prohibited. 6. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITIES: I am fully responsible for any damage caused to the jet ski, safety gear, or third-party property during my rental period.
7. WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS: Rentals may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the sole discretion of Ocean Riders. 8. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: I authorize Ocean Riders to use images or video taken during the activity for promotional and marketing purposes. 9. INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ocean Riders against all claims, lawsuits, or costs arising from my participation.
